PRIORITY-PLEX™ ALUMINUM XHHW-2 PLEX'D CABLE

Application:

Priority-Plex™ consists of factory plex'd Type XHHW-2 or RW90 wires are primarily use for power distribution; and are sometimes referred to as feeders. They may be used in wet or dry locations with conductor temperatures not exceeding 90°C and may be used in conduit and recognized raceways as specified in the National Electrical Code. Voltage rating for XHHW-2 or RW90 conductors is 600V.

The construction can be a time saver as it pulls like one wire and pre-planning may allow the use of smaller conduit due the smaller cross section compared using single conductors or paralleled conductors.
